Tell Governor Otter to drop the case against the Executive Order on Immigration

26 states, including Idaho, sued President Obama for using his executive power to remedy the inaction of Congress on immigration. Idaho's Attorney General Lawrence Wasden, and Governor Otter, signed onto the lawsuit to delay DAPA and the expansion of DACA. Yesterday's ruling meant that both programs will continue to be on hold, keeping immigrants and their families in the shadows while damaging our local, state, and national economies.

We at the Idaho Community Action Network demand that Governor Otter and Attorney General Wasden pull out of the lawsuit. This case is keeping immigrants in the shadows and is putting families at risk of being torn apart. If you agree that it's time to stop wasting taxpayer dollars because of political gesturing, sign your name today!
